I meet buyers up to two hours out of Sedona at no charge, which covers Flagstaff, Prescott and most of the Phoenix metro. Everywhere else, delivery works like this.

Before you send a deposit, do two things. Check your lease, HOA or insurer for a breed or weight clause and get the answer in writing, because it’s the most common reason a purchase falls apart.
