Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 16 August 2026.
This site collects only what you type into the contact form, plus standard anonymous analytics. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, and there is no third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics. If you want your information deleted, email majesticamericanbullies@gmail.com and it will be.

Majestic American Bully, a single-person dog breeding operation run by Greg Harpson in Sedona, Arizona 86336, United States.

What I collect
Information you give me
When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, your state, which puppy you asked about, and your message. That is all the form asks for and all it records, along with the date and time, the IP address the submission came from and your browser’s user-agent string, both of which are recorded to identify and block automated spam.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and records approximate location, device type, browser and pages viewed. It does not identify you personally to me. If a measurement ID is not configured, no analytics script loads at all.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. That is the only other third party involved.
Why I collect it
- Form submissions: to answer your inquiry and, if you buy a puppy, to keep a record of the sale and stay in touch about the dog.
- Analytics: to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
- IP address and user-agent: to block spam. Nothing else.
I do not use your information for advertising, I do not build profiles, and I do not run retargeting.
Who I share it with
Nobody, with three narrow exceptions:
- My web host, which necessarily stores the site and its data.
- Google, for analytics and fonts, as described above.
- A transport provider, if you buy a puppy and it needs delivering. They receive your name, address and telephone number, because otherwise they cannot bring you a dog.
I do not sell your information to anyone, ever. I do not share it with other breeders, listing sites, or marketing companies.
How long I keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a purchase: deleted within 24 months.
- Purchase records: kept for the life of the dog, because I take back any dog I have bred at any point and I need to know whose it was.
- Analytics: retained by Google under its own schedule, currently 14 months.
Your rights
Whatever state or country you are in, you can ask me to:
- Tell you what information I hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Email majesticamericanbullies@gmail.com. I will do it, and I will not ask you why. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy statutes have these rights in law; I extend the same to everyone because keeping two systems would be daft.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own to distinguish repeat visits. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site will work exactly the same. Most browsers also offer a global opt-out, and Google publishes a browser add-on that disables Analytics entirely.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted something, email me and I will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in a directory that is blocked from public access at the server level. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and I would rather say so than claim otherwise.
Please do not send payment card details, bank details or identification documents through the contact form. It is not built for it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
