XL American Bully Breeders
One person, one house in Sedona, and every XL puppy at the same price.
I breed XL American Bullies in Sedona, Arizona, on my own, and every puppy is $700. There is no facility, no staff and no kennel block. The puppies are born in the house, raised in the house, and the person who answers your message is the person who raised them.

How I run it
Occasional litters rather than a rolling programme. I keep the dogs that turn out well and place the rest, and I have never run more than one litter at a time because the raising is the part that cannot be rushed.
Puppies are handled from birth and raised in the house with the family, so they grow up used to people around them and, in particular, used to children. By the time a puppy leaves at nine to twelve weeks it has met the television, the doorbell, people walking past it, food being cooked and children moving unpredictably. None of that is novel to it any more, and it is the single thing that cannot be added later.
The parents
The dam lives here and you are welcome to see her on a live video call rather than in a photograph, at whatever hour suits you. Ask and it happens.
I measure the parents at the withers and I will give you the numbers. Height is what defines the class; weight is the figure that flatters a dog, and a heavy bully photographs as an impressive one whether or not it should. If you want to know what a puppy is likely to finish at, the withers measurement of both parents is the honest place to start.
What every puppy gets
A veterinary examination by Bell Rock Veterinary Clinic in Sedona before it travels, a full vaccination schedule, and a written health record with every date on it. The protocol in full.
I’ll take back any dog I’ve bred, at any point in its life, with no time limit and no questions asked. No time limit, no conditions. If your circumstances change in year seven the dog comes back here rather than to a shelter or a listings site.
What I do not do
I do not screen or certify the parents, and this site will never say I do. No hip scoring, no genetic panel, no certification of any kind. What there is instead is a general veterinary examination and daily observation from birth by the person who raised the litter. If a certified programme is what you want, buy from one that genuinely runs it.
I also will not guarantee an adult weight, a colour or a temperament. I will tell you the range the class sits in and what the parents are like, which is the same answer without a promise attached to it.
Why the price is $700
One person, one house, nothing to rent, nobody on payroll and no advertising. Those costs are real for a kennel that carries them. They are simply not costs here, so they come off the price rather than into a margin.
Every puppy is $700. XL or pocket, blue or brindle, male or female, with nothing added at the end. The longer version of that answer, or the XLs available now.
The same for every puppy here
$700 whatever the class, whatever the colour, male or female. Vet checked by Bell Rock Veterinary Clinic before travel, a written health record, and enough of its food to change over gradually. Delivered to all fifty states, never as cargo.
I don’t screen or certify the parents and won’t claim I do. What I do is have every puppy examined by Bell Rock Veterinary Clinic before it leaves, and the dates go on the record that travels with the dog.
